Wine and cheese party!

Yesterday we all went for a wine and cheese party at some friends. They just had their second baby around 3 weeks old and their older is 15 months old. Their house was very hot so we all went outside to chill. My friend Raphael also showed up he is 16 months old, very cute and strong child. Mum tried to get us in the photo but it was impossible, we both moved away to quickly....

Saturday morning we went for a bbq brunch at a newly arrived young Swedish family, with a girl 3 years old and a boy 1 year old. There we discouvered Bellas new struggle..... when a kid came to close to mum or dad Bella started to freak out and cry.......

Heatwave!

It has been a few days of really hot weather up to 38 degrees. We went to the beach for short while and then into our cold house (thanks to aircon.)! Bella is having fun kicking the ball in the water!

Mum joined a jogging group and they never stop running because of to hot/to cold weather! They modify the jogging when it's to hot, well on sunday mum went away 8.30 for a jog and it was already 35 degrees.....the jog went well 6 kms but with lots of stops!!!! Very hard to jog when its hot but here you just have to do it otherwise you can never exercise outdoors :) Back home an hour later and in a cold shower she felt very fresh and we all went to the big shoppingmall!!

New Years Eve!

Last day of the year 2007. Daddy went to work early this morning and me and mum went shopping for the last bits before the party starts! We got a great surprise the last Christmas parcel arrived today so when dad comes home we have lots of gifts to opend! I better ring dad and tell him the news!

Christmas Day 25th!

Our friends have a big pool so we went over for some afternoon snacks and a dip in the pool! I got to use my floater I got last year from my cousin-cousin Spencer!
Christmas Day morning: Christmas gift opening!!! Dad was santa and mum was photographer: I got alot of good things like: DVD, potatoe head (dad always wanted one as a kid....), tiger pyjamas and shoes, funky dresses, phone, books, plastic fruits, trousers, puzzels, wodden games, shoes, t-shirts........and more. Thanks to all our great family and friends!!!

Christmas Eve Party!

We had a lot of fun Oscar and I at the party, we run after the cat, played with the big ball, ran after eachother and best of all played with the TV cabinet! We stayed up untill 22.00 which is very late for us but we where good most of the times. Everyone was very nice to us!

"Julafton" 24th in the morning!

Today is Christmas eve and the big day for mum, dads big day is tomorrow the 25th. I like both days! Here I am helping mum in the garden!

The day before "Julafton" 24th!

I had a long nap so that mum and dad took me for a long evening walk. Here I am trying with dads instruction to drink milkshake!

I walked for a bout 1 km then I had to rest and let dad take over the doll dressing :) I don't know why but many people gave dad smiles when he tried to get my raincoat on the doll.

Here I am running after dad saying " ahhhhhhhh which means = stop, help me dress my doll in my raincoat!

Playing Dress Up!

In the afternoon mum and I played: dress up the dolls I have with my babyclothes! It was so much fun and hard work to get my tiny little shoes on the dolls foot, my tiny socks, trousers, body and hats I used to wear. I even tried them on myself but they didn't fit!

A bit of a nostalgia trip for mum, she can't believe how much I grown. Next baby will be dressed in pink and flowers regardless of sex!!! We have so much babyclothes that we can dress a whole army!

A very windy and rainy 22nd December!

The rain is pooring down and I have to be inside playing this morning. I read a book and called Santa! Maybe he hear my wishes for new toys....

Then the rain stopped and mum and I ran out to the park to play. We climbed up the stairs and swished down the slide then we ran around on the tennis court being silly....trying to get through and under the net :) we also ran into the water we could see just to se the water splash.... Back home dad just arrived from the market in town with fresh "Organic' coffee. They drank and I finalised my play with getting totally dirty sitting in a water pus! Mum didn't finish her coffee, I stood next to her with my head in her lap and feel asleep standing up!!!!!! Mum picked me up and dad took a photo of us!

Play do fun!

Mum made small round meatballs and I banged them into pancakes. Then I cut them in pieces and put them in my basket. When mum had played with me for a while she went to the kitchen to do the dishes.

I came up to her and gave her the play doh back, one piece at a time, it took me many runs back and forth the give her all play doh! Mum seems to be very exited about this green thing, so I better give it back to her......

Early awake!

Today I woke up at 6.00 and couldn't go back to sleep. So we all went for a morning dip in the water and a Starbucks coffee!

Then dad went to his job and mum took me shopping for ingredients to make play doh!

I stand up in the shopping trolley so going shopping is really fun!!!

Afternoon play!

After my nap I went to visit my friend Oscar for a little play with his boats and some water.

The day was really humid so we had to drink lots of water!

Christmas parcel!

Today I got a Christmas parcel from far away. Mums sister send it and mum and I opend it very exited!!! Mum took away anything that I could destroy in my play and then she let me play with the parcel and the gifts! I liftet the gifts in and out of the box hundreds of times and looked at the name labels over and over again!

After a while I just played with the box I think I wanted it to be a boat!!!! I had agreat time! Mum have now hidden all the gifts until Christmas!

Because of mums exam and my tummy bug (made me sick for a few days) the Christmas Cards and wedding invitation cards have been done tonight!!!! They get posted tomorrow! But for you who really wants to know.... our wedding day will be: Saturday 19 January 2008, on the beach! Book it in your calender!

We know it's very close only a few weeks ahead but when dad asked mum to marry her she said yes and then it all went pretty quick :)

Cocktail Party!

Mum had a lot of fun at the cocktail party. Theme: "French Colonial Style"
As you can see we all where in a good party mood! Getting a taxi back home a saturday evening close to Christmas was almost impossible... but eventually we all got home....

Thursday evening 19.30!

Mum has done all her studying for her big exam tomorrow! So we all went for a nice cool dip in the ocean. It was a great evening, warm and no waves at all! Bella enjoyed is so much! We ate pizza and now everyone is asleep exept mum but soon she will be asleep to!!!!

Fingers crossed for tomorrow!!!!!

At the shopping center!

Today I went with my friend Jakob and our mums to the big shoppingcenter. There was lots of people but I sat fine in my pram watching all the activity pass by. When it was time for lunch mum got my food ready: pasta with spagetti saus and Jakobs mum got his food ready! I refused to eat mums food but everything Anna (Jakobs mum) put on her spoon and offered me I ate!!!! I think Annas mum is a better chef.... :( anyway after some tricking Bella ate a little bit of mums food :)

All the noise made me sleepy so I feel asleep for 1 hour while Jakob was busy playing at a play area and mum got a break!

All good Christmas is getting closer and mum started to join a jogging group! After 2 years of no exercise to jogging 1 hour is a big step but there is no shortcuts just to do it!!!! The group consist of about 100 joggers in all levels!

Morning at the beach!

Mum and I spend some time at the beach playing in the water, digging in the sand and waching people and dogs go by!

Where did mum hide the cookies? I know they are here somewhere...... ah here they are....

Lucia at IKEA

This is Anna my good friend Jakobs mum and she is so funny she always play with me and make me laugh! Here we are swinging around waiting for the Lucia "train" to come!

13 of December every year is the Lucia day. We celebrate lucia with dressing out in white gown and a red or glittery belt, candles in the hair and hand. The kids often have electric candles but at the age 15 and above they ususally have real candels in their hair and hand!!! Wax in your hair is almost impossible to get rid off! So Lucia comes early in the morning and sing traditionell christmas songs. Every nursing home, school, hospital get a lucia and it's really emotional to watch all little kids singing in the dark with candels in their hands :) . Can't wait for Bella to be in the Lucia "train" next year or the year!

Hi! Here I am trying dads huge croc shoes and I can actually walk in them.... very slowly! The whole evening yesterday I put his shoes on and off and rearranged them in order.... this keeps me occupaid for a long period of time!

Mum cleaned the table so I cleaned the chair!

Mum and dad are getting married!

17 months old!

Here I am making music because the bench act like a xylophone. I bang my wodden piece and the "xylophone" makes great music!!!

Now I am 17 months old. I weigh 12 kilo and are pretty tall for my age. My clothes size is around 2 years but I can still have some 1 year old clothes. My shoe size is 5 or 22-23 cm.

Last week I tried 3 new things. Two of them where accidental!?

1: Ice coffe. I stood behind mum and saw dads Ice coffee on the floor I picked it up and drank it was soo yummy I said ahhh a few times untill mum turned around and saw me drinking from the bottle!

2: I had been in the bathroom and found a bottle in the shower. I tasted it and it wasn't to good not too bad either! I went out to show mummy what I found and she said Ahhhh! She wiped the white cream from my mouth and called poison line: I had tried a little bit of Pantene Hair conditioner. The poison line said it was alright. Nothing dangerous in that hairconditioner but still be aware of allergy reactions. Nothing happends.

3: Mum bought some nice salami and we both enjoyed it! Dad said later that I smelled funny in my mouth. Salami smell!

The slide!

Mum enjoy supervising me a the playground not needing to step in and help at all! There has been so many times mum and dad had to help me up every little step and make sure I don't lose my balance or trip. Then encourage me to sit and slide down with help.... but now I do it all by myself! The just :)

I am a runner!!!

Saftey gate!

The saftey gate is now up and running and the stove protector is also good to kepp little fingers away from the gas and the pots!

The gate have got two extensions 130 cm wide but is still very sturdy and safe! Makes us feel more safe leaving the kitchen!

Dad is cooking some delicous dinner and I am to (imaginary)!

A little helper!

My new high chair a step stool from IKEA. I no longer want to sit in the higchair! I want to be like mum and dad!

I help mum with the laundry. When the clothes are washed I reached down in the basket and give mum one piece of wet clothes so that she can hang it. When I have been good I clap my hands! When I attempt to hang the clothes it just turns out very wrinkly....

When dad cleans dust etc...with a wipe I alsoo want to help him so I get a wipe and I clean too. But I clean everything, the floor, my leg, the TV, my doll, the clothes and the shoes get a little wipe from me!

I aslo enjoy holding on to the vacum cleaner!

So I am a little helper!
