New year 2008!!!!

The time is 24.00 and the fireworks are up in the sky behind us! The day was 43 degrees so we thought that the night would be to hot to be outside but we where wrong. It was absolutely beautiful perfect weather and no flies/mosquitos maybe because mum put repellent on her arms.... We all (us and some good friends from Alice) went to the beach around 20.30 and we came back 00.30. We had candles on the ground and snacks and drinks and towels. So many people and kids brought their camping gear to the beach and sat, swim or played cricket just to enjoy the nice evening. Bella had her daynap at 14.00-16.00 and then stayed up until 01.00 when she fell aslepp literally!!! She was happy running around in the sand and playing with our friends that was a great entertainer :) So a very good start on the year that will be very diffrent from last year!!!
