It has been a few days of really hot weather up to 38 degrees. We went to the beach for short while and then into our cold house (thanks to aircon.)! Bella is having fun kicking the ball in the water!Mum joined a jogging group and they never stop running because of to hot/to cold weather! They modify the jogging when it's to hot, well on sunday mum went away 8.30 for a jog and it was already 35 degrees.....the jog went well 6 kms but with lots of stops!!!! Very hard to jog when its hot but here you just have to do it otherwise you can never exercise outdoors :) Back home an hour later and in a cold shower she felt very fresh and we all went to the big shoppingmall!!
