We took a daytour to the winedistrict of Barossa Valley. We where picked up in a minubuss and even Isabella got a own seat with a carseat in for her! Very friendly guide and a day filled with wine tastings, views, history about early settlements in the hills (mostly germans), nature..... we saw cassowary, kangaroos and much more on the tour around the hills. The winedistrict itself is huge and everywhere you can drive in for a winetasting and then sit back and enjoy the atmosphere and decide if and what kind of wine you want to buy or try next!!!!!Isabella was very good, she smiled to the tourist on the bus and played with her toys and on the way back "sang" for everyone when they tried to sleep...... The weather this day was.....40 degrees celcius!!!!
Aircondition is the key!
Next time: McLaren Valley.
